Step1:open mat's valve
Step2:Connect pump oneway valve with mat valve
*Make sure mat's valve is on "OPEN" position.
Step3:Hand cover the hole of foam pump
Step4:Press down to squeeze the foam and then hand leaves the hole.
Repeat Step3 and 4 until mat is fully inflated.
Step5:Close valve to lock and separate Pump from valve.

Step4 : Fold the pump opening and roll or press down to pump.Repeat Step3 and Step4 until mat is fully inflated.
Step5 : Close mat's valve and lock then separate pumpsack oneway valve from mat's valve.

To inflate:

1.Join the valve with one way connector, then open the valve.
2.Blow the connector to help air in.
3.Close the valve and remove the one way connector when the inflation is finished.

To deflate:

1.Join the valve with one way connector, then open the valve.
2.Fold and press the mat to deflate.
3.Close the valve and remove the one way connector when the mat is totally deflated.
